The Warriors were outplayed by the Riverland CC Blue Devils in the first of a pair of games played over the last two days of the spring trip. The Warriors were trailing by four runs in the top of the fourth inning when they plated two runs on RBI singles by Tyler Andrade and Pat Murray. However, the Blue Devils immediately responded with eight runs to effectively put the game out of reach. Murray and Chris Samaras each had a pair of hits for the Warriors.

Massasoit wraps up their Florida trip tomorrow as they take on the Blue Devils in a 4:00 pm game. The Warriors record now stands at 2-6.

Pat Murray, a second baseman from Weymouth, had two hits in the game.
