Jake Stearns pitched no-hit ball for five innings. In the sixth, the Academy of Baseball plated a run to cut our lead to 2-1. They led off the top of the seventh with a hit and it was all down hill from there. A couple of bloop hits and infield error and an outfield error opened the floodgates for six runs. The final score was 7-2 and the Warriors went down to defeat for the 8th time in ten games.

Dave Murphy had pair of hits to lead the Warrior offense and freshman, Jim Commesso had a hit and the lone rbi in the game. Jim lead the team in hitting on the trip with a .461 batting average.
